Sony has formally announced the Xperia VC (LT25c), the China-only variant of the Xperia V, for carrier China Telecom. The water and dust resistant smartphone differentiates itself from its international cousin by adding support for the carrier?s CDMA/GSM bands, though it doesn?t feature LTE connectivity.
Here are the official specs of the Xperia VC:
- 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor (MSM8960)
- 1GB RAM
- 4.3-inch 720p Reality display with Sony Mobile Bravia Engine
- 13 megapixel camera, 1080p video recording
- VGA front-facing camera
- 8GB internal storage, microSD card slot
- Wi-Fi, HSPA+ (42mbps), Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, GPS
- 1750 mAh battery
- Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich
The Xperia VC is set to launch some time in the next few weeks in?pink, white and black colors. Pricing info has not been announced yet.
